2ggame Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 2ggame ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 2ggame.vip ("the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through 2ggame, including casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, sports betting, and any other gaming or wagering products that may be added to the Platform from time to time.

To be eligible to register and maintain a 2ggame account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate entity or third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 2ggame or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of any such person;
• You are opening the account in your own name, for your own personal use, using your own funds;
• You have not previously had a 2ggame account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

2ggame reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend access to the Platform pending satisfactory verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player are void and will not be paid out under any circumstances.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 2ggame platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and Pakistani mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information should any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 2ggame will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us in writing of a security breach.

2ggame operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations and applicable anti-money laundering standards. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal of funds from the Platform may be processed.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (CNIC), valid Pakistani passport, or other government-issued photo identification;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence in your name at your registered address, dated within the last three (3) months;
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your own name (e.g., screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account screen showing your registered name and number);
• Source of Funds: Documentation supporting the origin of funds deposited, where required by our compliance team in connection with anti-money laundering obligations.

2ggame reserves the right to impose withdrawal restrictions, suspend account activity, or permanently close an account if satisfactory KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable period of request. Failure to complete KYC verification does not entitle the Player to a refund of deposited funds where those funds have already been wagered.

All 2ggame player accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits may be made using the following payment methods currently supported by the Platform: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The list of supported payment methods is subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the cashier page within your account.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 2ggame account balance in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 2ggame does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals — i.e., to a payment account belonging to someone other than the registered account holder — are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs. 500;
• Standard processing time: one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the payment method selected;
• 2ggame reserves the right to conduct additional security and AML checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend the processing time;
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable promotion.

2ggame is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking network outages, or public holidays observed by Pakistani financial institutions. Players are advised to allow additional time for withdrawals processed during PSL match weekends or major Pakistani public holidays when banking volumes are elevated.

2ggame offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, and sports betting promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General bonus rules applicable to all 2ggame promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only;
• Each promotion may be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms;
• 2ggame reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of withdrawal will remain subject to the terms under which it was granted;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion, hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinated exploitation — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All casino games available on the 2ggame platform use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology. The RNG systems employed by 2ggame's game providers are independently audited to ensure statistical fairness. Return-to-player ("RTP") percentages are as published by the respective game providers.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked;
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned will be voided and the stake returned, unless the specific sport rules state otherwise;
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at 2ggame's discretion, including during stoppages of play or where data integrity cannot be confirmed;
• 2ggame reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical malfunction or human input error;
• Cricket and PSL betting is subject to the official match result as confirmed by the relevant cricket board. Results from the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method are recognised as official results for settling bets where applicable.

Maximum payout limits per event and per account apply. Current maximum payout limits are displayed in the sportsbook terms section within the Platform. 2ggame reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout applicable to any individual player's account where unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2ggame platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud 2ggame or other players, including through the use of fraudulent payment methods, stolen credentials, or misrepresentation of identity;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer table games or poker variants;
• Automated Software: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in any way not available to manual players;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, miscalculated odds, or system errors. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or apparent error are void;
• Money Laundering: Using the 2ggame platform to launder funds of any kind. 2ggame actively monitors transactions and cooperates fully with any law enforcement investigation into suspected money laundering activity;
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a genuine 2ggame deposit transaction.

2ggame is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. As part of this commitment, 2ggame provides the following tools free of charge to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a set period of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your net gaming activity during a session;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the 2ggame platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 2ggame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer any software; create derivative works; or use any 2ggame trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2ggame's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 2ggame account during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2ggame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from interruption of access to the Platform. This limitation applies even where 2ggame has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

2ggame does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events may affect availability. 2ggame will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

2ggame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more;
• At the player's own written request.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, 2ggame reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an account is closed at the player's request, and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of KYC, subject to applicable withdrawal minimums.

2ggame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 2ggame will endeavour to provide registered players with reasonable advance notice via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

Your continued use of the 2ggame platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any verified balance.

The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at 2ggame.vip/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 2ggame holds its international gaming licence. The application of any other jurisdiction's laws is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 2ggame platform, you agree to first contact 2ggame's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 2ggame will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by 2ggame's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect against imminent harm or preserve the status quo pending resolution of a dispute.
